Nearly 1,000 high school theatre students, teachers, and professional guest artists await you at the Maryland Thespian Festival — the state’s premier, two-day long theatre event, celebrating the very best of high school theatre from across the state. Complete with performances, workshops, keynotes, and special events, the Maryland Thespian Festival is the only event of its kind and size in the state. It's an experience unlike any other and a rare opportunity to help inspire a specific demographic of theatre educators and students statewide. WHO SHOULD JOIN US
Organizations, College/University admissions offices, and/or businesses that will be representing, selling, or promoting a theatrical product or service. These individuals will not participate in the Festival other than staffing their respective booths.
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US
As a vendor, you’ll gain access to an expanded marketing segment, alongside an additional stream of revenue, by demonstrating and selling your products and services to a targeted audience — high school theatre students and educators. You’ll be able to offer one-stop shopping for Festival delegates and build personal connections with adult decision-makers who are eager to learn about new products and services as they look to update curriculum and theater spaces, restock supply shelves, and purchase materials for upcoming productions.
Vendors will receive prominent placement at the center of the festival experience and are expected to ensure their spaces are staffed at the designated hours on both days of Festival. This year’s Maryland Thespian Festival is hosted by the University of Maryland, College Park. All of this year’s events will take place inside The Clarice Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Vendors are invited to join us in person or may provide us with materials to display & distribute during the Festival on your behalf.

BOOTH FEATURES AND COST
The vendor package includes one folding table, two chairs, and lunch for up to two representatives. Each vendor package is $200 and includes access for two adults. For additional tables and/or seating options, the purchase of another vendor package is required.
SCHEDULE
For maximum effectiveness and impact, vendors should plan to be available for as much of the Festival as possible. Required staffing hours are below.
Day 1: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Day 2: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
BACKGROUND CHECK
All adults must submit the necessary information required to complete a background check before being considered for selection.
